ClawNest is built on a privacy-first architecture. Your AI agent runs on dedicated infrastructure, and your conversation data never touches our servers.

What We Collect

• Account information (email, name) for authentication
• Billing information processed securely through Stripe
• Service metadata (message counts, error rates, uptime) for monitoring
• Usage data for billing and capacity planning

What We Do Not Collect

• Chat message content between you and your AI agent
• Agent memory or cognitive state
• Files or documents processed by your agent
• Your LLM API keys (encrypted at rest, decrypted only on your server)

Data Location

Your AI agent and its data reside on a dedicated server in the region you select during setup. You can choose from multiple regions across Europe and North America.

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, all associated infrastructure is decommissioned and data is permanently removed within 30 days.
