1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClawNest ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClawNest provides managed infrastructure for deploying AI agents on dedicated servers. Each customer receives isolated compute resources where their AI agent operates with persistent memory and tool access.

3. Data Privacy

Your AI agent runs on dedicated infrastructure. Conversation data and agent memory remain on your server and are not stored on or accessible by ClawNest systems. We only collect metadata necessary for billing and service operation.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You are responsible for the actions of AI agents deployed through your account.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. ClawNest is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.
